You can view the public site before signing in. An account is required for actions such as starting a call, saving connections, messaging or managing a coin balance.

Open the matching experience, allow camera and microphone access, and start searching. When a match connects, you can talk, choose Next to move on, or Stop to leave.

CallMeChat is designed for modern mobile and desktop browsers. Camera and microphone permissions, browser support and a stable connection all affect call quality.

Where profile, follow or messaging tools are available, use them to keep a connection. Random matching alone does not guarantee that the same person will appear again.

Want to extend your chat time on Monkey? Normally, you get limited free time, after which you need to "add time" by watching an ad or making an in-app purchase.

1. When your time runs low, a prompt will appear.
2. Tap "Add Time" and choose either "Watch Ad" (free) or "Buy Time" (paid).
3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete.

If the "Add Time" button doesn't work, try closing and reopening the app, or check your internet connection. On CallMeChat, review the available chat option and any displayed rate before connecting.

To skip a person you're matched with on Monkey:

1. While on a video chat, look for the "Skip" or "Next" button on the screen.
2. Tap it, and the app will instantly connect you with a new random person.

Note: Monkey doesn't allow you to go back to a skipped person. If you're looking for a chat experience with better control, CallMeChat lets you skip or stay with full flexibility.

Want to keep in touch with someone you chatted with? On Monkey:

1. During or after a chat, tap the "Add Friend" button.
2. The other person needs to accept your friend request.
3. Once accepted, you can message them later in the app.

If you're having trouble finding the Add Friend button, make sure you're on the latest version of the app. On CallMeChat, use the profile, follow or messaging tools available to your account if you want to continue a connection.

New to Monkey? Here's how to start:

1. Download the app from App Store or Google Play.
2. Create an account (required).
3. Allow camera and microphone permissions.
4. Tap "Start" to be matched with a random person.

Monkey works best on a stable internet connection. CallMeChat also works in the browser; sign in when prompted to access calling and account features.

Duos is Monkey's feature for three-way chats (you + friend + a stranger). To use it:

1. From the main screen, select "Duos" instead of "Solo".
2. Invite a friend to join you via a link.

Tap the "Skip" or "Next" arrow on your screen while chatting. This immediately ends the current chat and moves you to someone new. In CallMeChat matching, use the on-screen Next or Stop control.

Same as adding friends: during or after a chat, tap "Add Friend" and wait for the other person to accept. CallMeChat is a separate service with its own profile, follow and messaging tools.

If you've been banned from Omegle, the ban is usually temporary (a few days to a week). Here's what you can try:

1. Wait it out — most bans automatically lift after 24-72 hours.
2. Change your IP address — restart your router, use a different network, or connect via a VPN.
3. Clear browser data — delete cookies, cache, and site data for Omegle.
4. Use a different browser or device — bans are tied to your IP and browser fingerprint.
